Registration and Cancellation Procedures

  • Only registered participants will be allowed to attend the proceedings of Congress.
  • Complete the registration procedures and pay the fees early to ensure the seat reservation
  • Hotels will be selected by Datamatix and will be 5-star Hotels.
  • In case the participant wishes to cancel the participation, must be done 30 days before the event.
  • Certificate of attendance of the event for registered participants
  • Publications, breakfast, coffee breaks, and lunch during Congress (electronic version)
  • Light breakfast during the break as well as daily lunches during Congress
